On-line or in person? Some people like both the convenience of on line and not being "bothered" by a person coming to see them.. particularly if they have a busy schedule; have been at work all day, and want to have flexibility and just doing things via computer and internet. Today, we can have VIRTUAL in person meetings with web cams, webinars, etc. and it's very effective. Yet others want to meet that agent in person, "size them up"; see if they have a firm hand shake and will look you square in the eye. As an older agent, that's the way I was brought up. But today, times have changed, and we specialize in an area where we CAN, and WILL meet with you. Your home..? Certainly. If not comfortable there, a convenient restaurant or coffee shop... ideally with WiFi. Or even our office here  in Viera. What ever your comfort level is. Our goal is not to simply sell a policy and disappear, but to be available for a long relationship.

With access to several companies, we are uniquely positioned to work with you and your total needs and we stay in touch with you as your needs change. These may be due to a job change; family composition changing such as a new child or one graduating from college, or an economic circumstance related to a new job or (and hopefully not).. a loss of a job.
