The following insurance companies are companies to which Leech & Asscoiates
(Joseph V Leech, licensee) has been appointed and approved for the representation of policies. All policy
issuances are at the discretion of the insuring company and subject to their underwriting
procedures.

Aetna
Aetna is one of the oldest (155 years) companies in the business and one of the most stable. In spite of their
age, they are also one of the most progressive and uses a unique rating system to insure minimal rate ups in
the cases of applicants with other than "non standard" or essentially "no health issues".
With the link provided, you can develop your own quote and apply directly on line even without my assistance.
This is interesting: If you are a DIABETIC on diet or oral medication, you can still be approved (depending on
other health issues). This is the only company in our practice I know of that will even consider diabetics.
United Healthcare One/ Golden Rule

Florida's largest insurers. While you can do this by yourself, it is better if you contact me to help you with
some of the finer points and nuances. I can do this on line or visit with you in person within a reasonable
radius of Melboune.

Assurant
This is a summation, but Assurant has provided its own web page with all the offerings. We
suggest you take a serious look at it and you can do so clicking
here.
Like Golden Rule, Assurant is also a very old and well established company. This firm is a bit more receptive to
issuing policies to applicants with some existing medical conditions but handles these with various waivers, etc so
the person can otherwise have policy. Pre-evaluation is avaible through me (the agent).
If you have been declined elsewhere, they have an excellent defined benefit plan most people can
qualify for. This is known as the ACCESS PLAN. It is also one of the very few plans that will insure under 19 year
olds.

Humana is one of the oldest and largest health insurance providers in the country offering individual and group
health plans, medicare plans, and life insurance. By clicking

GUARANTEED ISSUE
Companies
Team Corp is a 25 year old very stable and well established companies offering 2 families of plans-- Secure
Advantage and Secure Essential, the difference being that "Advantage" includes dental, vision, and prescription
coverage. Each plan offers four basic levels pegged to daily hospital reimbursements.

Issuance is guaranteed, but as is typical of policies of this type, pre existing issues are excluded for 12
months, but the rest of the policy can become effective.
These are but a few of the companies we can call on to help you. There are still others in "our quiver of
insurance arrows" but most of the time, one of these three will be best for you. But unlike "captive agents"
who only have one company or one policy family to sell, we can do the comparisons for you. USE OUR TIME, not
